I am a fractional Strategy & Operations partner who specializes in helping early-to-mid stage growing companies, small businesses, and the venture funds that back them de-risk their growth. By translating deep user and community insights into clear market discovery and customer validation frameworks, I build the operational structures, product strategies, and revenue efficiencies needed to scale safely.
My approach is built on over a decade of experience crafting digital, physical, and operational systems across tech, corporate enterprises, and social impact.

The Enterprise Foundation: Amazon & Comcast
At Amazon Business and Spectrum/Comcast, I led high-stakes strategy initiatives, built data-driven risk-prioritization models, and designed decision systems — including identifying and redirecting $2M+ in misaligned engineering investment, adopted at the VP level. This enterprise background taught me how to scale complex operations, align cross-functional roadmaps, and tie user insights directly to business governance and bottom-line revenue efficiencies.

The Creative & Operational Root: Fashion Product Development
My early career in fashion product development, trained at FIT, gave me a foundational masterclass in supply chains and building products from concept to launch. It taught me how to manage iterative prototyping, maintain high quality standards, and act as the operational bridge between creative visions and technical realities.

Current Work: Creative Experience LLC
Today, I lead independent consulting through Creative Experience LLC, serving as a strategic partner to accounts across luxury e-commerce (Maja Bond), healthtech (Pathwell Health), and venture ecosystems (Emerald Bioventures). I design the repeatable operational frameworks and validation models that help evolving brands grow without the chaos.
I am based in New York City, working with founders and organizations nationally.

Outside of client work, I serve as Creative Wellness Director for Dear Ambitious Girl, a global nonprofit, where I lead creative programming and events supporting girls' empowerment.
